This is a VERY simple utility - it converts every ppat resource in a file to a 32 bit PICT of the same dimensions (it leaves the original ppat resources untouched). You can either open files from within the application or drag and drop them in System 7. This is a very quick&dirty application, so I recommend working on backup files. Hope someone finds this useful. This may be freely distributed, though I retain the copyright to the oh-so-exciting name and the code itself (took a whole hour and a half to write, too). Use ResEdit to copy the PICTs created to the clipboard.

[this is v0.01, the previous version, v0.0, had some serious memory problems that were a direct result of this utility taking an hour and a half to write - that's now up to about an hour and three quarters…]
